Robert F. Munroe fields athletic teams based on student interest. The percentage of students participating in at least one sport at present is approximately 65% of the high school body. Competition is with teams in this area. Home football games are played in Quincy at the city recreational facilities. Softball and baseball home games are played on campus. The tennis and golf teams compete at the local country clubs while home basketball and volleyball games are held at the RFM gym.

Students are encouraged and expected to attend and support the various events in which the school participates.

Robert F. Munroe is a member of the Florida High School Activities Association. We uphold their "aims" to "promote, direct, and control all scholastic activities of high school students, both athletic and non-athletic, and safeguard the physical, mental, and moral welfare of the students."
