Robert F. Munroe Financial Assistance

Financial aid is available. The school uses “School and Student Service for Financial Aid” (SSS). These forms are available in January and may be obtained from the school office. The completed form is mailed by the applicant to Princeton, New Jersey; the school receives the results. All information from Princeton must be received in the school office by April 15th. Financial assistance is awarded based on the recommendation of the SSS after review and recommendation by the Headmaster and final approval by the Scholarship Committee. Financial assistance will be determined on all applicant information received at the school from Princeton by April 15th. Assistance for those qualifying applicants whose information is received by the school after April 15th will be based on available funding.

In addition to demonstrating financial need, the following criteria will be considered:
  1. Good student standing.
  2. All final grades of the previous school year must be a "C" average or better in each academic subject.
  3. The student abides by the school rules as outlined in the Parent Guide and Student Handbook. Specifically, if a student receives five or more detentions in a school year, that student will not be eligible for a scholarship the following school year.
  4. All outstanding balances for the school year have been paid. No financial assistance will be awarded on accounts that are delinquent.
A student receiving financial aid must maintain a current account status, and his or her account must not become delinquent over 30 days at any time during the school year. SSS financial assistance will be revoked on an account over 60 days past due.
Financial aid scholarships are available for up to two (2) children per family attending grades K-5 through 12.
